Live In Care
Live in Care can be a real viable alternative to a Nursing home. Live in Care enables the clients to remain in their home with full time support. At Holden park care , we work with our clients to ensure that the live-in carer, as well as the care provided, is right for them as they become part of your family.
Respite Care
Our respite care service can be provided as hourly visiting care or full-time respite live-in care, which means that we’re here to help whether it’s covering for a holiday, a short break or due to sickness or a family emergency.
Companionship
If you’d like support getting out and about, you can start off with a few hours a week for a couple of months to see the difference it makes seeing a friendly face over regular visits.
Home Help Services
It’s often support with the little tasks and chores that make a big difference. Getting that helping hand with appointments, tidying up or prepping your meal, can take a weight off your mind.
